Unomail ("we", "our", or "the bot") is a Telegram bot that helps you receive Gmail notifications and manage your emails. This policy explains how we handle your data.
Information We Collect
When you use Unomail, we collect:
- Telegram User ID: To identify your account and send you notifications.
- Gmail OAuth Tokens: To access your Gmail account on your behalf. We never see or store your Google password.
- Email Metadata: Subject lines, sender information, and timestamps to display notifications. Email content is fetched on-demand and not permanently stored.
- Bot Settings: Your notification preferences and filter rules.
How We Use Your Information
- To send you notifications about new emails

- To perform email actions (reply, archive, delete) on your behalf

Data Storage & Security
- OAuth tokens are stored encrypted in our database
- Email content is not permanently stored; it's fetched when needed

Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is only used to provide the bot's functionality.
Third-Party Services
Unomail integrates with:
- Google Gmail API: To access your emails (governed by Google's Privacy Policy)
- Telegram Bot API: To send messages (governed by Telegram's Privacy Policy)
Your Rights
You can at any time:
- Disconnect your Gmail accounts using the /remove command
- Delete all your data using the /delete command
- Revoke access from your Google Account settings
